About us

The present document (Terms of use) establishes the conditions for the sales made between any individual wishing to make a purchase from the website www.froufrouz.com, hereafter referred to as "the customer," and Froufrouz, a french company having its head office at 102 avenue des Champs-Elysées, 75008 Paris, France. 

In order to contract with Froufrouz, you must be over 18 years of age with full legal capacity or to be authorized by your parents to order on the website www.froufrouz.com.


Accessing our website

Access to www.froufrouz.com is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time.


Pricing and availability

1) Prices

All item prices are given in euros, are inclusive of all taxes but shipping excluded. The delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Froufrouz reserves the right to modify the prices at all times without notice but the prices invoiced to customers are those applicable at the time the order is completed.

Customers may pay for their purchases :

- by PayPal. The payment will be confirmed upon receipt of any additional information requested (in case of payment by debit or credit card that requires further verification).

- by Payplug : payments on our website are completely safe thanks to the online payment system provided by Payplug.

- By cheque (only for domestic (France) orders)

2) Availability

All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will propose a exchange or refund.


Product informations

Froufrouz has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the details (colors, measurements, etc.) of our products that appear on the website. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur.

We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

If we discovered you ordered an item with a wrong price, we will email you as soon as possible to give the choice to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. In that last case, you will receive a full refund within 48hours.


Ordering process

The customer may order online from www.froufrouz.com at any time.

For confirming an order, the customer has to create an account on the website indicating all the details we need to complete the order properly.

The customer will have the possibility, before final validation, to verify the order details and the total price, and to correct any possible errors. Every confirmed order applies as a sale contract and an acceptance of all the present stipulations.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This email will not constitute acceptance of your order. Froufrouz will send you a second email to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order when we'll be sure that we have received your payment.


Dispatch and delivery

Froufrouz will make delivery to the address the customers gives in his/her order. Inaccurate information may result in longer delivery times or re-shipments.

Froufrouz is not responsible for postponed deliveries because due to external causes.

Froufrouz offers two different delivery options : regular FREE deliveries and PREMIUM deliveries : 

1) Free Standard delivery : without tracking number

Orders placed at www.froufrouz.com before 1 p.m. (GMT) Monday through Friday (except French national holidays) will be processed and dispatched the same day, subject to payment confirmation. Orders placed on www.froufrouz.com after 1 p.m. (GMT), during the weekends, or on French national holidays will be processed the following working day, subject to payment confirmation.

Delivery time is approximately two working days (domestic orders) or seven working days (international orders). Customers couldn't track their parcel.

2) Premium Standard delivery : with tracking number (+4€ : domestic orders or +5€ : internation orders) (free for orders over 50€)

Orders placed at www.froufrouz.com before 1 p.m. (GMT) Monday through Friday (except French national holidays) will be processed and dispatched the same day, subject to payment confirmation. Orders placed on www.froufrouz.com after 1 p.m. (GMT), during the weekends, or on French national holidays will be processed the following working day, subject to payment confirmation.

Delivery time is approximately two working days (domestic orders) or seven working days (international orders. Customers may track their parcels on using the tracking code provided in the order confirmation e-mail.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.


Exchange and refund 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the customer has a legal cooling-off period of seven working days to cancel the contract without having to indicate the reasons for such cancellation. This right begins the day after delivery.

The customer bear the shipping costs for all returns and exchanges. The item has to be returned to the following adress :

The item(s) returned must be new, unused, and in the perfectly intact original packaging.

The exchange order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the returned items being returned to stock. If the amount of the customer's exchange order is more than the initial order, he or she may pay the price difference online via PayPal or by cheque (for domestic orders). The dispatch of the customer's exchange order is conditional upon confirmation of this payment. 

If the package is lost, no refund will be given without the proof of postage.

If the item(s) returned have been used, then we can refuse the exchange or refund. They will be automatically returned to the customer at Froufrouz's expense.

Froufrouz will refund returned items within 30 days from the cancelation of the order. Refund will be done similarly to the term of payment chosen by the customer when he ordered the products or by a purchase voucher.


Personal data 

Froufrouz collects personal data on the website that is required for processing orders. Such data may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in fulfilling the order. The customer may expressly oppose the disclosure of his or her personal details simply by indicating his preferences in an e-mail to hello@froufrouz.com. The customer is informed that this automatic processing of information, in particular the management of users' email addresses, was subject to a declaration to the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés — French data protection authority) under numbers 1910098v0. The user has the right to access and modify any data concerning him or her.
